The Agawam Diner is a historic diner at 166 Newburyport Turnpike (U.S. Route 1) in Rowley, Massachusetts. The diner was built in 1954 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1999. ==History== "Built by Fodero Dining Car Company in 1954, the original Agawam Diner was opened by the Galanis Family in 1940. The current diner replaced the original in Ipswich's Depot Square in 1954. A larger diner was purchased in 1947.
